What is the mission of the Warriors Guild?
The Warriors Guild of A.D.F. is dedicated to serving the A.D.F. community with members who are trained in spiritual, mental and physical defense, designing & performing liturgy for Warrior spirituality, and emergency response. All this is done through study of warrior magic, history, strategy, and physical training.

What type of training is offered by the Warriors Guild?
Most of the training needed by the warrior must be done by the person themselves, but the Warriors Guild acts as a "sounding board" for these people who wish to hone their skills on a physical, mental and spiritual level. There are many members who have raised their abilities to fantastic levels in many diverse areas which give new members (and old members who wish to expand their knowledge base) quite a few places to have reference points along their journey. Of course if there is a member of the Guild in your area, one has the opportunity to work with them on a one to one basis, or even at different A.D.F. gatherings. We also give workshops at these gatherings for members and non-members alike in different fields of study. Soon we will also have a readily available list of different essays by various members of the Guild on these same fields.

So why does A.D.F. need Warriors anyway?
In the ancient Indo-European cultures, the warrior class was responsible for protecting the boundaries of the people. So, in the tradition of our ancestors, the A.D.F. Warriors Guild takes on those responsiblities for our community, by providing security at A.D.F. rites and festivals. Members of the Guild have led self defense workshops at A.D.F. festivals to help our members protect their personal boundaries.
Of course, constanty traveling along those boundaries can be a lonely business, and not something that most people can understand. The Warriors Guild also give its members a chance to meet others who follow the Warrior Path, and share tales, techniques, games, dirty jokes, and drinks with them.
