Living in society as a Warrior today
My Philosophy

Be true to your nature
This does not mean pounding on people or being overbearing, these are traits of a bully not a warrior.
Live the tenants & virtues
Develop your own code of ethics & live by it.
Stay within the law
It may not be the best system, but it is the one we have – use it.
Educate others as to the role Warriors play in our society
We are leaders, teachers, and healers. We provide guidance, protection, and balance.
Be a role model within your community
Walk the talk, be responsible, be a leader, do the best you can do, we need more true warriors.
Being a warrior in today’s society means living the above.

Martial Arts
My Philosophy

The best style ever developed is the one that works for you.
All techniques have value in some application or they wouldn’t have been developed.
Do the very best you can at this moment.  It may not be the best you’re capable of, but if you truly put forth the very best effort you can right now right this minute, then that is all you or anyone can ask of you.
Live the tenants and virtues, walk the talk.
Humility and respect are the best ways to honor the gifts you have been given in learning the marital arts.
Give back what has been given to you.  Your teacher(s) owed you nothing, but you owe your teacher(s) because they chose to share their knowledge with you. Share yours with the next generation of martial artists.
Give thanks for what you have, who you are, & to your family for supporting your efforts.
If you are a warrior live the warrior path.
Give the same effort in teaching all students – you maybe training the next Bruce Lee – It could happen!
